| 1 | c | Shortening |
| 1 | c | Sugar |
| 1 | c | Brown sugar [firmly packed] |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 1 | ts | Vanilla extract |
| 2 | c | Flour |
| 1 | c | Potato chips [finely crushed |
| PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 | ||
1) Cream sugars `til light gradually adding the sugars and continue beating `til fluffy. 2) Add eggs one at a time beating after each addition, then add the vanilla and blend thoroughly... 3) Stir in the flour and fold in the potato chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a lightly greased baking sheet, flatten with floured fork tines and bake in your preheated oven for 12 to 15 min. or `til golden brown... 4) Remove to rack and cool completly before serving.
